how to be the best technical Recruiter?

1) Decide which technology you want to focus in
2) Get to understand the skills which are in demand by the clients on the installation base.
3) Speak to candidates. Ask them about the applications they work, what it is, what it does and why people need the systems.
4) Find out about the business your clients are in.
5) Speak to clients and sell them something. Tell them about a good consultant who is available with the right skills for their business. Go through Features, Advantages and Benefits (what they do, how they do it and what their success stories have been)
6) Keep talking to candidates. The more they hear from you the more they’ll trust that you aren’t someone who’ll rip them off and they can tell you what’s hot in the market, who’s recruiting.
7) Have empathy with both client and candidates. Understand what they both need from the recruitment process.

8) always remember that if you don’t help both client and candidate get what they need you’ll end up with nothing yourself.
9) Never do ANYTHING that you can’t justify to both client and candidate.
10) Just keep doing the right things, at the right time and stick in there.
